& holistic bodywork

Carrie (she/her) is a Somatic Psychotherapist and Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and couples on their journey toward wholeness, self-actualization, and authentic connection. With a rich background spanning over two decades, her work is deeply informed by her studies in somatic psychology, attachment theory, movement, massage, women's health, and mindfulness-based relational practices. She holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has completed extensive training in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), and Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy. Carrie’s commitment to experiential learning and present-moment awareness guides her work with clients, helping them develop a deeper connection with themselves, make choices from that deeper connection, and cultivate more meaningful and satisfying relationships. Her approach honors the wisdom of the body, encouraging clients to listen to their somatic cues and develop a greater sense of agency. Learn more about her approach HERE.
Carrie is trauma-informed, sex and body-positive, and committed to increasing her social awareness. She believe it is essential to consider how systems of power and privilege relate to each person’s experience in the world and welcomes these considerations and inquiries into her office. Carrie works with all gender expressions, sexual orientations, and relationship structures, including monogamy and non-monogamy, and always aims to meet you within your approach to life.
Carrie offers two tracks to work with her; either Counseling for individuals and couples or Holistic Bodywork. Contact her to find which approach is best suited to meet your goals.
